FAQ

How do I track my order?
 

If you have the time, we have the numbers. Once your order has left the building, you will receive an email with all the shipping details so you can track away! 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  In an attempt to mitigate the stamp crisis and save you money, most items ship USPS.  If you need expedited shipping, simply drop us a line and we will do our absolute best to accommodate!

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Although we pride our selves on superior customer service, sadly mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong item or are simply unsatisfied with the product, simply send us an email detailing your concerns and request a return authorization number within 30 days of your purchase date. All items must be unworn (aside from trying it on) and need to be in the original packaging with the manufacturer tags.

 

*Special order items such as trailers and dollies are non-returnable and non-refundable

 
Do you provide International delivery?
 

"Seventy-one percent of the Earth is covered by water, make it your playground" That's our credo, but it wouldn't be worth squat if we limited your sailing fun to the continental US. So, yes... we absolutely ship internationally!.  All we ask is that you email us your complete order and address so we can calculate your shipping costs up front!
